Exchanges (If Applicable): To be eligible for an exchange - Note: We only replace product(s) if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item due to damage upon delivery, send an email to [email protected] - within 24 hours of contact a free shipping label will be provided to you.

Returns must be in the same condition as received, including original packaging. Returns will be examined and a refund will be determined. Return credit will be sent to your original payment method within 72 hours of approval.

Returns/Exchanges: Shipping labels expire after 72 hours, if not scanned by carrier. You will be responsible for printing the shipping label, and returning the item(s) in a timely manner. If you may have an issue with getting the returns shipped out within the 72 hour window, send an email to [email protected].

Exchanged Product(s) will be shipped out, free of charge within 72 hours of receiving return for exchange. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you. Tracking information will be available as soon as the carrier scans the item(s).

Note: Any items not returned in the original packaging, and/or damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to company/carrier error, is not eligible for return/exchange.

Full price items are eligible for return if approved, however Items on sale are nonrefundable.
